What’s included in the free bike diagnostic?
Every Pro and Family plan includes a complimentary diagnostic performed by a certified Handy Mechanic partner. This covers a full inspection of your bike’s drivetrain, brakes, electrical system (for e-bikes), and a safety check. Parts and repair work are not included but can be added at the mechanic’s rates.
How does serial number protection work?
When you add your bike’s serial number to your Garage profile, it’s securely encrypted and stored. If your bike is ever lost or stolen, you can share your verified ownership record with law enforcement or insurance. Think of it as a digital proof of ownership tied to your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Family at any time — you’ll only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don’t lose any benefits you’ve already paid for.
What happens when my subscription renews?
After your first year at the introductory rate, your subscription renews at the standard annual price ($199/yr for Pro, $399/yr for Family). We’ll send you a reminder email 30 days before renewal so there are no surprises.
