Cynergy eBikes is currently (late 2025) operating on SE 111th avenue, but the owner is still running a great service. He's got a good selection of bikes available, and does amazing work. I brought in my traditional bike, which needed a whole back wheel rebuilt. I also needed an upgrade to my rim and spokes since I was putting so much weight on the back wheel. My bike is a belt drive, which means less overall maintenance but a lot more difficulty in service (the wheel doesn't just slide out like it does with a chain). Usually when someone does work on the bike, I have to test drive it carefully to make sure the belt tension is perfect. With Cynergy, the bike was perfect right from the moment they got done working on it. It glided along with no tension or wobbles, and has ridden perfectly for me. They also charged a very reasonable price. If you're in deep SE Portland, Cynergy is a great choice for eBike sales and general bike service.

We bought two e-bikes from Cynergy a few years ago. Lost the keys to access the battery compartments. Bob took very good care of us. Even delivered them to our home. While here he looked at my wife’s bike and noticed some issues with it. Took it with him. Fixed them in a day and delivered it back in perfect condition. Amazing service at an extremely affordable rate.
