This is a highly professional place with genuine expertise. I had a glitch with my E-bike that I didn't know how to fix myself. I left a message at E-bike Supercenter, and Gary Grimes got back to me quickly. He provided a clear diagnosis and a helpful YouTube link. Thanks to him, I found a loose plug and reconnected the motor in a minute. It is wonderful to find someone so knowledgeable and willing to help. Great job, Gary! Just bought a new Velotric Go Mad from here and am very excited! Gary was super helpful and friendly through the whole process and they a have great setup for test rides. Prices match the Velotric website and your bike comes fully assembled!

Brought my ebike here for repair after the pedal bracket rusted out. Gary was super helpful and diligent getting replacement parts from the manufacturer and getting me back on the road! This was also an ebike they had never seen before so I was super impressed that they were able to repair it without issue and REASONABLY PRICED!!
