Have been researching eBikes for the past year or longer and have looked at many different shops but always returned to eBikesUSA as they were the most knowledgeable and friendly group to work with. Made me feel at ease with the final decision on my purchase and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get the best product, best price and definitely the BEST team to work with. These folks are outstanding. They worked with us to find the right bikes, allowing us to test ride several. Once we decided what we wanted, they gave us a immediate Colorado ebike rebate. They also assembled brand new bikes right out of the boxes for us. WE bought the AIMA which we love. AIMA has a great trunk bag that folds down into a pannier when needed. The eBikesUSA people helped us set up our new rack, which they carry. They showed us how to attach the rack to the vehicle, load the bikes correctly, and gave us extra time to explain how ebikes, charging, etc. all work. They helped us however we needed assistance. The owner, Houshmand, is exceptional, and his crew just the same. We feel like we struck gold when we found these guys. They carry the best bikes out there and have an in-house service department that services the bikes there. So now after purchasing the bikes, we can get them serviced by the people who know our bikes. Thank you, Penny Richardson

My spouse and I had a great experience and we each ended up getting bikes! Staff were really knowledgeable and let us try as many bikes as we wanted, even encouraged us to try styles that we weren’t interested in at first to ensure we tried all options before making our decisions! Great location, since they’re right off the Platte trail for test rides. A lot of inventory and great pricing!! Plus they have a service center for the ongoing maintenance and repairs of the bikes. If you’re thinking about an e-bike, stop in before the Colorado tax credit decreases in January!
