Fast Bicycle

I have a bike event on Sunday. I went out for a training ride yesterday and blew out my back tire. I called the shop and they said tires are in stock. So during my hour break from work, I rushed down to Fast Bicycle Shop to drop off my bike to have new tubes and tires put on. I was expecting to just drop it off and pick it up either next day or Saturday. To my surprise, Tom (who I later found out is the owner of Fast Bicycle Shop) told me if I wait a few mins, he could change it both out! Wow! Sure enough, he did the work so quick I was in and out probably within 10 mins and I was able to make it back to work on time! For anyone looking for bicycle repair, I highly recommend Fast Bicycle Shop. The other man that took care of me previously, is named Ricardo and they both treated me so nicely and their work was excellent! I also love being able to support locally owned business! Stopped by the other day, waiting for traffic to die down. Tom was very generous with his time and advice. No pushy salesmanship here, so i actually drove an hour to come back to buy here. Tom is a great guy and runs a great shop.

Fast bike in San Jose used to be a cool place to go on Alum Rock Ave for bmx bikes New personal/owner working there are inexperienced at fixing and building bikes maybe for little kids with training wheels is ok! Dude Rick is rude inexperienced with customer service is poor for bike maintenance save your money and look at other bike shops that are more intelligent and experienced with customer service and expensive bikes… Doesn’t care about bikes…
