The Bike Connection

The bike connection is the best in San Francisco. Last week I brought in my bike to be put together I was welcomed by Jimbo and the crew they made me feel like family. Today I went to get my bike 🚲 omg she looked nice. I seen Jimbo which helped me again to get some bike accessories. I want to say thank you to whole crew and Jimbo. I will be back to get more stuff and I highly recommend the Bike Connection once again great customer service and they Make you feel like family.

Nick at the Bike Connection is very knowledgeable and friendly. While picking up some extra tools for an upcoming trip, Nick guided us through how to replace inner tubes on two separate bikes. The hands on experience was extremely helpful! Thank you, Nick!

Quick fix + honest advice Stopped in to grab a seatpost clamp (pictured) after mine gave out on my e-bike. The team helped me find the exact part I needed and got me back on the road fast. I also asked about brake repairs, and even though they weren’t able to take it on, they pointed me to Last Mile — who fixed the issue within a day. That kind of honesty and local connection is rare.
