These folks are so incredibly kind, thorough and knowledgable. I came in with a question about my chain and they not only inspected and resolved the issue on the spot but taught me a ton about bike maintenance. +1 to world class service center.

I have been to this location twice for my 2019 Riese & Muller E-bike due to motor performance issues. Although this location (and all other E-repair locations in SF) do not physically open and service Bosch motors, the team at The New Wheel went over the top to try and help troubleshoot my issues. Karen, spoke with me in-person for over 1.5hrs, listened closely to my concerns, explained the sensor logic of different pedal assists, rode my bike, and went on a bike ride with me to fully understand how I felt while riding my bike on flat and steep terrain. It is still unclear if my bike is actually having an issue as both technicians that looked at my bike from my visits said it rode normally with healthy pedal assist. However, Karen helped update the software on my bike, fill my tires, realign my front and back guards, lubricated my chain, and even took a quick look at my broken bike horn before sending me off. Although the service prices are on the higher end, it is clear this team is putting in their best effort to ensure the customer leaves happy with a healthy bike. Thank you Karen and team for all of your time and support! Very positive experience and highly recommend for experienced support.

World class workshop. I think prices are reasonable. Extremely thorough yet big hearted in their approach.
