I've been a regular customer at Upshift for well over two years now and have purchased two bikes from them, in addition to repairs, upgrades, bike fits, and even tune-ups for my bike and indoor trainer setup. I cannot say enough good about the shop, the owners, and the stellar staff. This shop is so much more than a shop. They inspire me, they educate me, and they have welcomed me into their community. The owners and staff are second to none. They are clear and honest, and their expertise keeps my bikes safe -- and me confident.

I already knew I wanted this bike, so I went straight for it. The team at Upshift Cycles was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience smooth and easy. They assisted me with everything I needed, including helping me choose and install the basket, and made sure everything was set perfectly before I left. I bought my Brompton bike here. The staff are incredibly friendly. They have amazing knowledge of cycling and they are incredibly open to beginners here. Whenever I have a flat I bring it in as well, because they are approachable and caring. Definitely a shop to support, and highly recommend visiting.
