Joey took a ton of time to answer all my questions about bike models, sizing, accessories, nearby routes, safety/theft, etc. Personal and straightforward experience, I didn't feel any undue pressure to buy, and so happy with the bike (& free included service plan/warranty) - made more sense than hunting for a used one.
